With his strong work ethic and passion for providing quality service with honest pricing, the business has become one of the largest, full-service plumbing companies in Naples. Outside of work, you will find Rick at his cabin, working on metal fabrication projects, off-roading, grilling out and spending time with his wife, two little girls, three dogs and pig.

Mark C. Born in Manhattan, Kansas and raised across California, Oregon, and back to Kansas, I’ve proudly called Naples home for the past 40 years. As Pro-Tec’s Fleet Mechanic, my top priority is keeping our vehicles on the road 24/7—ensuring our technicians are always ready to serve our community. I manage all maintenance, recalls, and repairs with a focus on long-term reliability and cost-effectiveness.
With Master Automotive and Master Truck Certifications under my belt, I bring decades of hands-on experience to the role. Recently, I cleared land and built a second home for my wife and me to retire to—a rewarding project that also sharpened skills I now use for building maintenance and supporting install projects here at Pro-Tec.
Outside of work, life is busy and full. My wife and I have three grown children, four grandchildren, two cats, two dogs, and a lively flock of chickens. We love to travel—often with our pets in tow—and spend our downtime rebuilding old cars and tractors, gardening, and growing fruit trees.

Adam Lasher is a dedicated Service Plumber at PRO-TEC with 20 years of experience in the plumbing trade. His role involves installing and maintaining plumbing systems, diagnosing and repairing issues for both residential and commercial properties. Adam is passionate about educating customers on water quality and specializes in installing water treatment systems. He also enjoys tackling remodeling projects and re-drain work, bringing creativity and precision to every job.
Skills & Credentials:
Adam’s expertise spans a wide range of plumbing services, including re-pipe and re-drain projects, service work, and remodeling. He has extensive experience with gas and propane boilers and heaters, air lines, backflow preventer installation and repair, booster pump systems, and well tank replacements. His technical skills include brazing and soldering copper up to 3”, designing remodels that meet code requirements, and installing shower pan liners for inspection readiness. Adam also holds an HVAC EPA Type 2 certification and an HVAC certification, adding depth to his mechanical knowledge.

When he’s not solving plumbing challenges, Adam enjoys spending time with friends and his girlfriend. Known for his strong troubleshooting skills and dedication to quality service, Tony specializes in residential and commercial HVAC/R systems, including refrigeration and marine air conditioning systems.
Tony holds both EPA 608 and 609 Universal Certifications and is trained in Manual J, Manual S, and Manual D system design principles. His well-rounded knowledge and years in the field allow him to deliver dependable solutions while helping customers stay comfortable year-round.
Outside of work, Tony enjoys competitive shooting, archery, and camping, where he appreciates spending time outdoors and sharpening his focus and precision skills.
