Company Statement: Installs and repairs pipes that supply water and gas to, as well as carry waste away from, homes and businesses; installs plumbing fixtures such as bathtubs, sinks, and toilets, and appliances, including dishwashers and washing machines; installs supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation.
Responsibilities and Functions
- Install, assemble, maintain, and repair pipes and plumbing fixtures.
- Affix clamps, screws, brazing, soldering, welds, etc. to pipes and tubes.
- Measure and modify pipes accordingly by cutting, threading, or bending pipes by using specialized tools.

This position is an integral role within the organization and sets the tone for a customer’s experience as you will be their first point of contact as they reach out to have their issues resolved. As the main point of contact until the work is performed it is essential that this person has a positive attitude, is reliable and is willing to do what it takes while being a team player to accomplish our goals.
Customer Service Representative General Responsibilities
- Answering a heavy volume of customer calls, interpreting a customer need and scheduling service appointments within our field management software.
- Build effective relationships and trust with current and potential customers by listening to their needs and educating them about services that are relevant to their situation.
- Provide clear and accurate communication between customers and management within our service and construction departments regarding any scheduling changes.
- Greet clients arriving to the office with a warm and positive attitude while making sure their needs are met.
- Monitor the live dispatch board to ensure technicians are on time for appointments and that customers receive proper communication regarding any changes made.

Company Statement: Pro-Tec Plumbing & Air is hiring a detail-oriented HVAC technician to install, maintain and repair HVAC systems. The HVAC technician will be skilled in cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems. You will guide and advise the customer to select the most appropriate air quality system to fulfill their requirements. You will be responsible for air quality systems from installation to end-of-life by performing maintenance, warranty, and emergency repairs. To be successful in this role, customer satisfaction, safety and comfort should be your top priority. Ideal candidates will be patient and have excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.
HVAC Technician General Responsibilities:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
- Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
